SISTERS OF THE MOON:

Red Tent Healing Circle

Inspired by the ancient tradition of Red Tents, this workshop provides a nurturing space for all women to step out of shame and guilt, embracing their natural cycles with honor and pride. In many cultures, the Red Tent was a place where women gathered during their menstrual cycles to rest, share stories, and support each other. Our circle will recreate this sacred space, allowing women to connect deeply, share their experiences, and honor each other’s journeys. Through guided sharing, a ritual for the cycles of womanhood, and a blessing ceremony participants will leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered. This workshop offers a sanctuary for women to recharge and foster a sense of community.
